As Vice President at Principal Financial Group and a senior leader at Northern Trust Retirement Consulting, she was instrumental in optimizing operations and enhancing client strategies while fostering stronger collaboration across generations in the workplace. Throughout her career, she successfully negotiated billion-dollar agreements, participated in union negotiations, and developed strategic corporate initiatives. A certified Mediator and holder of a lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, Cynthia brings deep expertise in resolving complex workplace challenges.
